LADYFEST CINCINNATI is a multi-faceted 3-day festival promoting women involved in arts and activism. Ladyfest Cincinnati 2015, being held October 15 through October 17, will focus on musical and multi-media performances, visual art, educational workshops, community building and empowerment. The festival seeks to encourage, support, inspire, and highlight the music+art made by women* of Cincinnati’s independent scene as well as showcase influential and inspiring musicians and artists, both emerging and established.

She is general director and co­founder of Cincinnati's North American New Opera Workshop (NANOWorks) and co­-founder of Cincinnati Soundbox. Her words are set to music by a variety of composers, and have been performed around the globe. In November her song cycle about Pussy Riot, Prisoner

of Conscience (with music composed by longtime collaborator Jennifer Jolley) will be premiered in Chicago by Quince Contemporary Vocal Ensemble.
